Brussels, August eight, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a world leader enabling access to water and power through fluid management options, declares the acquisition of Aquarius Spectrum, a novel supplier of superior acoustic water leak detection and pipe situation assessment solutions for water infrastructure. Aquarius Spectrum will be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjacent companies within the field of water management and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are underneath €5 million a year, with a robust growth potential. The financial particulars of this agreement will not be disclosed.
