Evoqua Water Technologies has entered right into a definitive agreement to amass Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, manufacturer and servicer of customized excessive purity water therapy gear.
Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering offers water treatment products and services, together with filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, information centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical system and microelectronics markets. The firm has more than 1,200 prospects in North America.
