The pump set was utterly stripped, and individual elements assessed prior to the final decision on what work would must be done. The final overhaul noticed all bearings replaced due to extreme put on and a model new engine wiring harness replace the old one which was broken after short-circuiting. Other broken components changed including the management panel.
Following this work, the pump set parts were spray painted in IPR’s in-house spray sales space, and then the pump was subjected to ultimate high quality management inspections prior to it being examined in the company’s check tank. “Doing this provides our customer full assurance that the rebuilt pump set is capable of meetings its rated move of 90 litres per second at a most head of 25 metres,” Strydom says.
This isn’t the primary full pump rebuild that IPR has done, and Strydom explains that having an in-depth understanding of pump applications and operations is a bonus particularly when overhauling pump sets. “The level of trust that lots of our prospects have in IPR has seen this sector of our business expand exponentially and we anticipate that it will think about doing so.”
