US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, high product strains and adding extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five places throughout the United States, and more than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
