Alfa Laval has signed an settlement to accumulate Scanjet, a worldwide provider of tank cleansing gear and options for marine, offshore and industrial purposes.

Scanjet’s clever tank management options scale back the water usage and energy consumption linked with tank cleaning. The firm employs round 150 people, has factories in Sweden, Poland and Indonesia, and has an annual turnover of about SEK300 million.
“Scanjet’s well-known and market-leading options for cargo tanks complement our existing Framo cargo pumping options for cargo dealing with. This provides us the power to optimize tank administration for our customers with an ambition to cut back their water and fuel consumption and finally their CO2 footprint,” says Sameer Kalra, president of Alfa Laval’s Marine Division.
