Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has won an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to provide fuel pump techniques for 15 new construct dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gas pumps shall be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders to date. It is also the second LNG gasoline pump systems order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the last year. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to supply deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that sales might improve even further in 2022.
